a) Protection
The creator of this site enjoys legal protection under the intellectual property provisions as they are found in Greek, European and International Law. More specifically, according to Law 2121/1993 “Copyright, related rights and cultural issues”, the creator of the present web site through its creation (as a project) and without the need for formalities (Article 6 paragraph 2 of Law 2121/1993) is protected by the intellectual property rights thereon “which includes as exclusive and absolute rights the exploitation of the work (property right) and the right to protection of the personal bond to it (moral right)” (Article 1 paragraph 1 of Law 2121/1993) .
b) Prohibitions
On the basis of the property and moral right of the creator, as described in the provisions of articles 3 and 4 of Law 2121/1993, the following shall be expressly prohibited without the prior written permission of the author (Article 14 of Law 2121/1993): any reproduction of the web pages or individual content thereof, such as text, part of the database, graphs or photographs, which exceeds the limits of private use (Article 18 of Law 2121/1993).
